Subject: Brief for Packaging Executive
Title: Packaging Executive, CPD
Reporting to: GM – Marketing (CPD)
Responsibilities:
Developing packaging for new products based on briefs from product team
Work with R&D and quality on testing of packaging for new products
Periodic review and upgradation of existing packaging
Continuous cost improvements in packaging used
Finding solutions to packaging related concerns along the supply chain
Identifying, negotiating with and developing packaging vendors (along with sourcing/purchase team)
Periodic vendor audits (with quality department) and vendor reviews

Experience:
Technical qualification from one of the leading packaging technology institutes of the country
Dominant share of experience in polymers and moulded plastics
Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging development
Experience of handling vendors across India preferable
Should definitely have experience in FMCG
