Job description :
 Developing new packaging design as per requirement.
 Stability and compatibility studies with new primary packaging system.
 To finalize the specifications for new packaging material. Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.
 To carry out continuous improvement in the existing packaging material
based on the feedback from the plant/ analysis of market complaints.
 To carry out vendor assessment for quality system check, make necessary improvement at their end; make prototype samples for trial purpose.
 Continuous study/ trial for the implementation of new packaging material as per the latest trends.
 Sourcing of new vendors for the existing packaging materials and develop them as per the companies requirement.
 Specification of packaging material to be made and periodically updated for the approved packaging material
 Communication with packing line/ packing store/ marketing dep’t and R & D.
 To develop vendors as per new amendment and development in packing material
 To plan the people for inspection and QC approval and rejection
