Job description:
- To design and develop packaging for personal care/health foods/health supplements
- To design and develop retail friendly and premium shelf throw packaging
- To optimize the packaging cost without affecting the quality and aesthetics of the final product To support brand development requirements
- To continuously strive for cost effective newer packaging materials that add business value
- To support packaging procurement team by ensuring 100% compliance in getting all new packaging material
- To set newer standards in managing packaging innovations by coordinating with design agencies and thru world wide networking
- To ensure PM supplies within specified limits for launch To coordinate with marketing/3P/procurement teams to deliver packaging as per project brief wrt quality/time/cost
- To ensure compliance of laid down processes To keep abreast with new trends and technologies in packaging
